:la: Technically my first photomanipulation for 2011! I think it turned out pretty well. I used the unoriginal glowing water thing, i know, shame on me. It's a Kelpie, note the abnormalness of the eye. On the other hand, i think i actually like the mane and tail. :dummy: It took most of the time and effort used in this picture.
